“Mediterranean Bean Salad” 2 weeks in a row I have made this because it’s just so darn simple and tasty! 20minutes and done. This recipe is #Rdub approved too🙋🏼♂️
▪️15oz can rinsed Black Beans
▪️15oz can rinsed Garbanzo beans
▪️1 English cucumber
▪️1.5 Cups Grape Tomatoes
▪️1/2 cup green olives
▪️1/2 cup Kalmatta Olives
▪️4-6 garlic cloves minced or chopped
▪️1/2 bunch parsley chopped
▪️Salt & Pepper to taste
▪️1/3 Cup of Red Wine vinegar or more to taste
MIX IN A BOWL! that’s all!!
TO MAKE IT LAST & MEAL PREP FOR THE WEEK I doubled the recipe and it lasted 4 days for lunch between #Rdub & I.
