How do I access workouts? Access your entire workout calendar via my app from the convenience of your mobile devices.
So what's the fee? $55 per month for 3 months or 90 days total. You also have the option to add on a nutritional consult with Jennifer Jones?
What about nutrition? We have a specialist available for you if you choose to add this on as a service.
Are there daily workouts? Daily movement and or mindfulness exercises are provided in your app calendar for a balanced progression spanning the 90 days.
Equipment? You will need a variety of dumbbells, and a set of loop bands. Details to purchase will be emailed upon registration.
Will I be able to communicate with other members? YEP! I love community so chat it up in the app with our group message.
What if I don't know the exercise? Videos & text on how to expertly execute each exercise are there for ya all the time.
How long are the workouts? All workouts have a max time of 45 minutes.
What if I have fitness questions? You get answers from me, a fitness professional and not some back end tech person!
